As Director of Systems & Operations, Dawn is committed to providing sound risk management protection, quality products, and superior service to our clients. With knowledge in both personal and commercial insurance, she is a valuable asset for the agency and its clients.
She has spent time working for both insurance companies, captive and independent agencies and brings over 30 years of insurance experience to ALINK Insurance.
Dawn is committed to her ongoing education in the industry, allowing her to provide exceptional advice and assistance. She has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and her Certified Risk Management (CRM) designations.
When not at work, Dawn, who grew up in Wisconsin, loves cheering for the Green Bay Packers, listening to music, and spending time with her family!
