As Director of Systems & Operations, Dawn is committed to providing sound risk management protection, quality products, and superior service to our clients. With knowledge in both personal and commercial insurance, she is a valuable asset. She is responsible for overseeing the agency operations and has been instrumental in the successful growth of the agency.
She has spent time working for both insurance companies, captive and independent agencies and brings over 30 years of insurance experience to ALINK Insurance.
Dawn is committed to her ongoing education in the industry. She has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and her Certified Risk Management (CRM) designations.
With her diverse background and passion for technology, she is leading the agency on its future path.
Dawn has been married for 15 years and resides with her husband and her beautiful sons in Larkspur, Colorado. She came to Colorado via Wisconsin, enjoys music, cheering for the Green Bay Packers, and being a mom. She is “Your Link to Security!”
